Users must maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
Users are responsible for all activity under their account.
UTA may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
Users agree not to:

UTA may offer:
Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable.
Payments may be processed by third-party providers.
All software, branding, database structures, trade lane logic, and content are owned by UTA.

UTA may monitor abnormal usage patterns.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS”.
UTA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
UTA DOES NOT GUARANTEE BUSINESS RESULTS.
UTA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
UTA’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months (or HKD 1,000 if no fees were paid).

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong (HKSAR).
Any dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under its rules.
Seat of arbitration: Hong Kong.
Language: English.
Award: Final and binding.
UTA may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
